Responsibilities As a Branch Manager, you will: Customer Relations: Develop and maintain customer relationships Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner Business Development : Assist management in developing and communicating overall sales direction and market strategy Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors Identify new product/business opportunities based on customer needs on an ongoing basis Management : Responsible for the daily operation s Develop a productive team by hiring, training, and providing professional development Manage weekly work schedule and labor costs of associates Qualifications Prior industry related experience is a plus 1-3 years experience managing people is strongly preferred Leadership skills Communication skills (oral and written) Judgment and decision-making ability Ability to interpret marketing reports, analyzing business groups, products, and customers Benefits Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their familiesgeared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection and retirement savings.?
